Who's behind this site — and why we give the research away
The short version
EazyReceptionist is published by the team behind EazyAgent, an AI receptionist for small service businesses. Both are operated by Slovak Ventures LLC. We are not a neutral review site, and we don't pretend to be — every page tells you who we are, and any comparison that includes our own product says so in plain sight.
Why publish this at all?
Because the missed-call problem is real whether or not you buy anything from us. Small businesses answer barely a third of their calls, and most owners have never measured what that costs them. Our bet is simple: if we publish the honest numbers — sourced, checkable, with calculators you can run yourself — some readers will fix the problem with our product, some with a competitor's, and some with a $0 do-it-yourself setup we documented anyway. All three outcomes are fine with us.
Editorial rules every page follows
- Every statistic links to its original source. If we can't trace a number, we don't print it.
- Demo call logs are labeled. The call scenarios on this site are typical, realistic examples — they are marked "illustrative" wherever they appear, and are never presented as a real customer's data.
- Comparisons include the option to not buy. Our DIY guides genuinely work without paying us or anyone.
- No fake reviews, no invented testimonials, ever.
